T-Nut Options

T-Nuts are used in conjunction with a bolt to attach holds to your wall.  They are made of metal and have a threaded sleeve for bolts.  An appropriate sized hole is drilled into your wall, then the t-nut is hammered into the hole.  There are a few different types of t-nuts to choose from depending on the location and design of your wall.

These are the types of t-nuts we can supply.

Zinc Plated T-Nuts

  • good for indoor climbing walls that will not be exposed to the elements
  • will rust and corrode if exposed to rain or very humid conditions
  • attached by hammering into pre-drilled hole
  • cheapest t-nut option
