T-Nuts are used in conjunction with a bolt to attach holds to your wall. They are made of metal and have a threaded sleeve for bolts. An appropriate sized hole is drilled into your wall, then the t-nut is hammered into the hole. There are a few different types of t-nuts to choose from depending on the location and design of your wall.
These are the types of t-nuts we can supply.
Zinc Plated T-Nuts
- good for indoor climbing walls that will not be exposed to the elements
- will rust and corrode if exposed to rain or very humid conditions
- attached by hammering into pre-drilled hole
- cheapest t-nut option

Steel T-Nuts
- good for indoor climbing walls that will not be exposed to the elements
- slightliy stronger than standard zinc plated t-nuts
- will rust and corrode if exposed to rain or very humid conditions
- attached by hammering into pre-drilled hole
- more expensive than zinc plated t-nuts

Stainless Steel T-Nuts
- good for indoor and outdoor climbing walls
- they will not rust or corrode
- attached by hammering into pre-drilled hole
- stronger than zinc plated t-nuts
- more expensive than steel and zinc t-nuts

Screw-On Zinc Plated T-Nuts (also available in stainless steel)
- good for indoor climbing walls that will not be exposed to the elements
- will rust and corrode if exposed to rain or very humid conditions
- are attached to wall with 3 small screws
- easy to replace
- reduces the chance of t-nut spinning if cross threaded
- most expensive option
