Return & Refund Policy
Defective or Incorrect Product Supplied
If a product is defective it will be replaced at Uncarved Block's expense and return shipping will be provided or a refund will be provided if a replacement is not requested for the defective item. If the wrong product was supplied, the correct item will be provided at Uncarved Block's expense and return shipping for the incorrect product will be provided.
All Other Reasons
Returns for other reasons are accepted. The customer will pay for return shipping of product(s) and price of the item will be credited to the customer's account. If an alternative product is requested, shipping of the replacement product will be paid for by the customer along with any difference in price. If a replacement product(s) is not requested the customer's account will be credited for the price of the product.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
Uncarved Block will refund or replace defective products as soon as possible. This process takes 3-7 days depending on how long it takes to recieve the returned product. Refunds for change of mind will be creditted to the customer's account once the item is returned in its original condition.
