Challenging roof hold with great grip
By: Matthew on 6 February 2026I thought this would be an easy hold on my roof, but ouch - I guess anything is hard upside down. Still up there, still love it.

Versatile!
31 August 2018I have this hold on a 35° wall and it is more complex than it looks. You have to be somewhat technical to find the best way to grab it each time as opposed to a simple jug. Its also really fun to hook onto with your feet!

Knee-bar facilitator
8 February 2018Get your knee tucked into the side of this hold on a roof for a no-hands rest. Also big enough to get both hands on and swing.

My new favourite hold
By: James Playfair on 25 July 2012This is a brilliant piece of work that gives you some really interesting options on an extreme angled wall. Exercise your wrists at a very different angle, and you can wrap various body parts around it to brace or embrace. I'd like several of these for my roof!
