The System Incut is an essential hold for system board training, designed with a symmetrical, dual-sided incut that offers two levels of grip difficulty.

One side provides a deeper incut for easier holds, while the other side is shallower, offering a more challenging grip. This versatility makes it ideal for progressive training, allowing climbers to build strength and precision. With a screw hole to prevent spinning, the System Incut is a durable and reliable hold for any climbing wall.

Key features:

  • Symmetrical dual-sided incut for varied grip difficulty
  • Deeper side for easier grips, shallower side for advanced training
  • Built-in screw hole to prevent spinning during use
  • Requires 1 x 1.5" bolt for installation

really nicely shaped and perfectly symmetrical for systems work. I am currently using the big edge side but will rotate the holds for progressing difficulty as my training cycle progresses
