If a product is defective it will be replaced at Uncarved Block's expense. The defective hold must be returned to Uncarved Block and a pre-paid Australia Post return shipping label will be sent to the customer by email. Once the defective product is returned the replacement will be shipped.
If the wrong product was supplied or part of the order is missing, the correct/missing item will be shipped at Uncarved Block's expense and return shipping for the incorrect product will be provided as above.
If a product was broken during shipping, same process as above applies for a replacement hold.
Returns for other reasons are accepted. The customer will pay for return shipping of product(s) and price of the item will be credited to the customer's account. If an alternative product is requested, shipping of the replacement product will be paid for by the customer along with any difference in price. If a replacement product(s) is not requested the customer's account will be credited for the price of the product.
Uncarved Block will refund or replace defective products as soon as possible. This process takes 3-7 days depending on how long it takes to recieve the returned product. Refunds for change of mind will be creditted to the customer's account once the item is returned in its original condition.
